Body Pump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Zumba

Come & join the party!! This class is a fusion of Latin & International music - dance themes that create an exciting, & effective fitness system. You don't have to know how to dance. Just feel the music and dance the pounds off.

Zumba Toning

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar. It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone their entire body. Zumba Toning Sticks sold at Club Fitness.

Insanity

This class is lead by Certified INSANITY instructors who will push you past your limits through plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training moves. You'll work through MAX Interval Training with long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises and with short periods of rest - all done to your fitness level.

Pound

Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose.

Yoga

This class is an athletic approach to a mind/body fitness workout that blends standing Pilates, ballet, Yoga, calisthenics, control movements that focus on breath, balance, lengthening, and posture to elongate muscles and burn lots of fat! This class is about getting into and staying in the fat burning zone, with flow and grace. You will need a Yoga mat and water bottle for this class.

h.i.i.t.

A special type of interval training that also offers the important advantage of continuing to burn fat for many hours after your workout has ended. This class creates muscle confusion by introducing a variety of moves, so your body never plateaus, and you never get bored!

step

This class offers a variety of movements on, off over, and around a height adjustable bench. Athletic drills are incorporated into this class for muscle confusion and to keep you charged up and having fun!

caRdio kick

This stimulating, 60-minute class includes a complete uppper and lower body cardio class using basic martial arts and boxing movements to improve overall endurance. Bring your mat for awesome "CORE WORK" to close out this class.

fusion flow

P90X

Tired of the same old workout and not seeing results? Then P90X is for you! Muscle confusion and different workouts allow your muscles to work in different ways and show you results you've never seen before. Workouts come from the actual P90X Program and will include Core Synergistics, CARDIO X, AB RIPPER X, PLYOMETRICS, KEMPO X, X STRETCH, to name a few. You will need a Yoga mat, water bottle and a towel to wipe your sweat!!

CX WORX

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

TRX

TRX is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. Taylor Polli, a personal trainer and TRX instructor at Crunch gym, compares the workout to a simple version of Reformer Pilates or anti-gravity yoga.

Terrain is matched to tempo as our instructors lead you through slow climbs, short sprints, and more with all the energy of a rock concert. Cycling is a great, low impact way to raise your heartrate and melt those pounds, whether you're a beginner or an expert. Bring your water bottle & towel.
