I’m more confident in myself now than I’ve ever been in my life. Having a personal trainer and now being a personal trainer has completely changed my life and I hope to guide people to become the best that they can be no matter what their fitness goals are. I work with everyone including people who are just starting to work out and need proper direction, to people who already workout and need help to lose weight or are bored with their work outs (and need to get that drive and “umph” factor back), to people (including heavy weight lifters) who need a change of pace and a different style of workout. Ialso work with people who have injuries and need rehabilitation, as well as people who perhaps aren’t as mobile as they used to be.

I truly believe that your personal trainer becomes a part your family. I know mine did. My personal trainer is now like a brother to me. Anyone who you workout with becomes your family. You share your fears, your aspirations and your daily life with your trainer and they become a major part of you. If I know your fears I can help you overcome them. If I know your aspirations I can help you meet them, but I can’t do that unless you come see me.


In addition to giving exercise routines I also give healthy eating advice.

At the age of 11 is when I first joined a gym and ever since then I knew that health and fitness was what I wanted to practice for the rest of my life. I went on to study exercise science in college and a couple months after finsihing, I was a certified personal trainer. When training myself and others I like using various tools and equipment to keep things new and interesting. I also have ample knowledge in functional training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics strength training, and bodyweight training. Constantly learning new information everyday, I not only better myself, but I will help you reach your own goals to live a healthier and improved lifestyle!

Austin comes to Club Fitness of Bristol as a NASM certified personal trainer with an athletic background in football, soccer and track and field. He has worked with student-athletes participating in numerous sports and is looking to help every person he comes in contact with in our facility.

Whether working with individuals or in our small group personal training classes, Austin’s enthusiasm, along with his sport-specific knowledge make him a perfect fit for individuals looking to improve their fitness, gain muscle and improve their body composition, no matter what their goals and experience.
