My name is Michael Pieper and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I am currently certified with World Instructor Training School. My area of training focuses on all around body strength and endurance using individualized weight training programs and calisthenics. I am determined to get my clients to their goals through knowledge and hard work, with a bit of fun along the way!

My name is Rachel O'Brien. I am a certified personal trainer through the NASM program. I primarily like to train interval style incorporating body weight,hand weight, and cardio movements. I've trained for several obstacle course races as well as a fitness competition last year.

I believe nutrition is just as important as training to make changes in the body. I will put my clients health and fitness goals in line with my own.
